Terms and conditions of delivery: delivered via crane hiab truck, dropped to council strip/front of driveway without entry to property. Excaliber™ Concrete Sleepers will not be responsible for any turf damage that may occur from kerb side delivery. If property is entered during delivery there will be no liability to Excaliber™ Concrete Sleepers for any damage to property including driveway, fencing, turf, gates, paving, buildings etc.

Customers or an agent of the customer should be onsite to receive the order and site that all items have been delivered undamaged. Excaliber™ Concrete Sleepers will not be held responsible for missing items after delivery has been completed. Once delivered, all items that have been paid for in full are the property of the customer/purchaser.

Use of Unaffiliated Freight companies: For long distance orders where a freight company is hired by Excaliber™ Concrete Sleepers or the customer/purchaser, Excaliber™ Concrete Sleepers will not be held responsible for any product or property damages. If delivery can not be made the items will be returned to the depot. An extra delivery and restocking fees will be charged upon re-delivery.

Freight delivery companies hired by the customer/purchaser must ensure that all items to be delivered that have been ordered and paid for in full are accounted for when they pick up the order to be delivered. Excaliber™ Concrete Sleepers will not be held responsible for further freight costs incurred for forgotten items.

In the case that Freight/delivery services employed by or hired by Excaliber™ Concrete Sleepers have not delivered all items in full to distances larger than 20kms from our depot, the items will be delivered upon the next Freight/delivery services available travelling to/near the original nominated address. A special/specific delivery will not be issued due to expensive freight costs.

Excaliber™ Concrete Sleepers does not provide traffic control, and this service is not included in any delivery price/quotation.

Please take all of these terms and conditions into consideration before purchasing delivery.

Any changes to the order AFTER payment has been received, will incur an $80 change fee. If you wish to make any changes to an order that is to be delivered, changes must be made a minimum of 48hrs prior to the scheduled delivery date.

Terms of manufacturing and ordering/purchase:

Subject to availability on textures and colours. Colours will vary due to batch orders- we recommend orders be manufactured in whole lots rather than multiple lots over time. Colours on screen will vary.

Sample packs can be purchased as a general guide to colouration of sleepers and only in selected face patterns. Please note that colours will vary slightly due to manufacturing conditions.

Delivery of items in stock is normally within 3-4 business days in Sydney metro area and is again subject to availability and order size.

Manufactured orders of items not in stock, special orders and large quantity bulk orders will take a minimum of 3 weeks plus, depending on current manufacturing timelines, type of order and quantity.

After purchase your order will be confirmed and allocated a general delivery time period (confirmation of specific delivery dates will be confirmed at a later time) or you can contact concrete sleepers online to confirm availability on line.

Online Ordering:

Once your order has been placed it will be processed through our Office. Our staff will contact you via phone/email to let you know the availability of the products you wish to purchase. If the products are not on hand you will be given the option to place a manufacturing order. All manufacturing orders must be paid for in full before manufacturing will begin. Upon confirmation, Excaliber™ Concrete Sleepers will send you an invoice with payment details included. you will receive a confirmation Invoice. Manufacturing times will differ depending on items chosen and amounts required. Manufactured orders are affected by different variables and will be different to each customer’s needs.

Please consider these terms and conditions before proceeding with a manufacturing order.

Post, concrete mix, ag pipe and geo fab can be ordered and delivered separately while you are waiting for your order to be manufactured so you can get your job started, although please note that separate delivery charges will apply. Customers are welcome to pick up partial orders that have been paid for in full while waiting for manufactured orders to be completed.

Terms of Pick up orders:

All orders that are to be picked up from Excaliber™ Concrete Sleepers depot must be paid for in full. Excaliber™ Concrete Sleepers are not responsible for damages that may occur to products after they have left the depot premises. Please handle all heavy products responsibly, Excaliber™ Concrete Sleepers are not responsible for any injuries occurred when handling/ self-installing our concrete products. We offer a written OHS guide on our web site that you can refer to in order to safely lift and install out products.

When picking up your orders you should have a printed or electronic copy of your paid receipt with you and some form of ID.

In the event that there is a pricing error for any product in the online store, Excaliber reserves the right to amend/rectify the price of the product at any time by providing notice to the customer in the form of an updated invoice reflecting the new price (New Price). This New Price will be the price that the customer must pay for the product.
